Whenever possible, we avoid using steel fasteners like finish nails or screws, opting instead for traditional wood joinery and carefully selected adhesives. One of our signature techniques is the lock miter joint, used in many of our 90-degree connections. It provides a clean, precise fit with exceptional strength and a generous adhesive surface for long-lasting durability. It’s just one of the ways we ensure that every piece we build is as solid as it is seamless.

  • TruVent is our custom floor vent cover, made from your actual flooring material for a near-invisible finish. Unlike metal or plastic vents, TruVent blends seamlessly into the floor

  • TruTread is our custom stair tread, made from your actual flooring material to ensure a consistent, seamless look from floor to stair. Available in wall-to-wall, single return, and double return configurations to accommodate both enclosed and open staircases.

  • We work with most major hardwood flooring species, including White Oak, Red Oak, Maple, Hickory, Walnut, and more.

  • TruNose & TruVent orders are typically completed within 5–7 business days.

    Custom woodshop orders generally require 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity and volume.
